To make a good coffee, besides the best beans and coffee machines you will also need a good Barista (a professional espresso beverage artisan). For this reason, ESPRESSOUL uses premium coffee beans, selective machines and puts the most emphasis on the Barista. The Barista is the “SOUL“ behind every cup of coffee served. He is the one who put his soul in every cup of espresso coffee bringing coffee appreciation to the highest level.
Birthed from their past travels and experience, Christopher and Danny incorporated European Italian design flair and culture into ESPRESSOUL's ambience while preserving the tradition and Art of authentic Italian coffee making with Traditional Lever Espresso Machines in their cafe chain.
ESPRESSOUL's concept is to create a casual meeting and dining place where one enjoys coffee made by true barista who are professionals using traditional italian manual lever operated coffee machines.
At ESPRESSOUL, you feel as if you have walked into a modern italian cafe in MILAN which brings you the true italian coffee experience. Every espresso, cappuccino or cafe latte prepared and drank will further accentuate your feeling of being in a great Italian Illy cafe.
